Bella Maven Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By registering as an affiliate with Bella Maven, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities, payment structure, and guidelines of the Bella Maven Affiliate Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Bella Maven Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media presence that aligns with the Bella Maven brand.
• Not be employed by Bella Maven or its subsidiaries.

3. Registration

To register as an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application form. Bella Maven reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion. Incomplete or false information will result in rejection.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Bella Maven’s Showit templates in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner.
• Avoid any misleading, deceptive, or false representations about Bella Maven’s products.
• Use only the approved marketing materials provided by Bella Maven.
• Not engage in spamming, including sending unsolicited commercial emails or posting on websites or social media platforms without permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Using Bella Maven’s trademarks, logos, or branding in a manner that is not approved.
• Purchasing Bella Maven’s products through your own affiliate links.
• Promoting Bella Maven’s products on websites that contain sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Using unauthorized or deceptive means to generate traffic or sales.

6. Commission and Payment

• Affiliates will earn a 4% commission on each sale made through their affiliate link.
• Commissions are paid out monthly, on the 15th of each month, provided the total commission balance is at least $100.
• Payments will be made via the Payment Method chosen by the affiliate. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are up-to-date.
• Bella Maven reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if a sale is found to be fraudulent, refunded, or canceled.

7. Cookie Duration

The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 7 days. If a customer purchases within this period after clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission.

8. Termination

Bella Maven reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Inactivity for a period of 6 months.
• Engaging in any conduct that Bella Maven deems detrimental to the brand or its reputation.

9. Modification of Terms

Bella Maven reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bella Maven is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program, including any loss of revenue, profits, or data.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Bella Maven affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
